Privacy policy

What Tronix Labs collects through this site and the RYDYNX app, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

What the site collects

Only what you type into the booking form: your name, mobile number, email, city, your bike (if you give it), quantity, mount colour and favourite face. Each booking gets a reference, and a successful payment its Razorpay payment ID.

The site uses no advertising, analytics or tracking, and sets no cookies of its own. Its fonts load from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google to fetch them. When you book, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a person, not a script, is filling in the form; it looks at your browser, not at what you type (see Cloudflare's privacy policy).

Payments

Payments are handled by Razorpay. Your card, UPI and bank details go to Razorpay and its banking partners, never to us. We receive whether the payment succeeded, its amount and its payment ID.

Why we use it

We don't sell or rent your information, and don't use it for advertising.

Where it's kept

With the services we use to run bookings: Razorpay (payments, and each order's details), Cloudflare (which runs this site) and Google (our booking sheet and email). They process it only on our behalf. We keep booking details for as long as the booking and its warranty last, and payment records for as long as tax law requires; then we delete them.

The RYDYNX app

The app connects your phone to the display over Bluetooth. To show calls, messages, music and navigation on the display, it reads, on your phone: your contacts and call log (names and numbers for calls and favourites), notifications (messages and Google Maps directions), what's playing, and your location (for the map while you navigate). It sends these only to your display, over Bluetooth. It doesn't send them to us or to any server. The app includes a map library that has internet permission, but the map is drawn on your phone from a map file you choose.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us for a summary of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and withdraw your consent for us to contact you. Write to techtronixprojects@gmail.com. If you're unhappy with our answer, you can contact our grievance officer (see Contact us), and then the Data Protection Board of India.

Children

Bookings are for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
